Shockingly poor quality products. My wife bought me a few earrings for Xmas and one of them, the post just spins round and round and the earring kept falling out. There is obviously a fault with it but regal rose have said there's nothing they can do as we didn't contact them in time. So much for our statutory rights. Needless to say, we won't be ordering anything from them again and I would advise a tone considering purchasing from them to think twice about it.

Extremely dissspointed with my whole experience! Hoops won’t close and one broke! The “clicker” nose ring is in fact not a clicker and has no closing whatsoever and when I tried contacting on Instagram I’ve just been left in limbo ?

Fantastic!I am so so happy with my order from RegalRose. A mild hiccup in shipment but the fault lay with the courier and not with RegalRose. After contacting them they were more than happy and eager to help me. Their team were apologetic, friendly and quickly got a new shipment of my order processed and sent it with a new courier. This arrived within a day of them informing me.And...Wow, the quality of the craftsmanship of these jewellery pieces is amazing. I cannot stop looking at them. They glitter and shine in the light and are made well enough to be sturdy. You're not going to break these pieces should you catch them on your clothing. The gems and stones are stunning, set well and store images are true to the item and colours.The pricing is, I believe fair for the quality of product you receive, their sizing charts are accurate and the size guide on their store very helpful if you're unsure of your size should you order a ring. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something a little bit different or "witchy" and who may be like me, skeptical buying jewellery online.

I have just had the best customer service from Regal Rose. An earring I purchased broke so I contacted them and explained I had deleted the email receipt and could they possibly trace the order themselves through my email address. Within hours they had come back to me to say they had found the order. I have now returned the broken earring and have received a replacement. This took just three days. I have to say that I have ordered a few things from Regal Rose and this is the first time anything has broken. Usually the products are of good quality, reasonably priced and unusual. I am so impressed with their after sales service

I am always nervous about ordering from a new seller in this day and age, but RegalRose was very responsive, especially when my package was lost internationally over the holidays. When my items arrived, they were high quality and exactly what I thought I was getting. Very satisfied.

Incredible customer services overall! When I notified Regal Rose that I had not received a package due to a courier error they were quick to offer to re-ship the order and even made a change to the order with no hesitation. Very efficient, kind and flexible!

The order arrived quickly in Germany (about an week with Christmas and New Year in between). My necklace broke so I contacted the customer service, they’re really kind and want to solve the problem. I quickly got my money back and even a special discount code ??Highly recommend regalrose and I will definitely shop there more often

My daughter ordered a beautiful ring as a Christmas present but it was too small. She had ordered it on black Friday and when she sent it back for an exchange it was out of stock. Regalrose gave her a refund and then gave her the same discount and free postage when it came back into stock. Excellent service and a lovely ring.

Everything I've ever ordered has been gorgeous and totally flawless. Customer service is amazing and the order process is super easy. Delivery and dispatch time is quick. It's all packages beautifully too. Absolutely love it.

I came across this site and fell absolutely in love with the jewelry! I immediately ordered a ring with a rose and I’m completely in love with it! I have really small fingers and it is hard to find rings that don’t slide of. I ordered the xs and it fits perfectly. I’m from the Netherlands so I didn’t know what to expect with the delivery, but I was pleasantly surprised. My package was easy to follow. The next package with earrings is already on the way, and I can’t wait to enjoy them just as much. I recommend this site to everyone!
